If I could only recommend one enrichment setup for indoor cats, it would be this: a suction-cup bird feeder on the outside of a window, stick-on twig perches next to it so birds actually land close, and a window bed on the inside so your cat has a comfortable front-row seat. The whole thing costs maybe $40 to $50 and it provides more entertainment than literally anything else in my house.

- Mount the feeder at a height where the bed lines up, so the cat's eye level hits the birds.
- Keep the feeder filled. No seed, no birds, no show.
